Bromley Site of Interest for Nature Conservation series
 
A former coppiced woodland, this site of Borough Grade I importance has been extended by locals with large scale tree planting on former farmland. This drawing is of one of those former coppiced trees with the understory of ferns spreading out in the foreground.
